Payment Information: We accept Visa and Mastercard. We also accept Pay Pal, checks or money orders. When using Paypal, use this email to send payment: Sara@chestnutcreekgiftbaskets.com. Also include your personalized greeting (i.e. occasion, your message) in here so we can customize the gift card. Shipping Information: Single basket orders received by 8 am EST Monday through Friday are guaranteed to ship the same day. Single basket orders received after 8 am EST will be shipped the next business day. We reserve the right to alter the cut-off time for same day shipping during holiday peaks. UPS Ground delivery service will be used unless otherwise specified. Use the map below as a guide to judge how many business days it typically takes UPS to deliver a parcel from our New York facility to another destination in the continental US. UPS Ground service does not guarantee delivery times to residential destinations. For faster delivery with guaranteed delivery times, use 2-Day Air or Overnight Air Express. Saturdays and Sundays are not counted when calculating the number of days a parcel will spend in transit. Our Chocolate baskets when in season can only be shipped via Next Day Air due to the contents (so chocolate will not melt). Orders going to Hawaii can only be shipped Next day air (that is the only way UPS ships to Hawaii) delivery time is 2-3 business days. Return Information: Although we strive for complete satisfaction, there are times when only a return of the basket will do. No problem. We only ask that you follow a few steps and we will cheerfully refund your money:1) To receive credit/refund for a gift basket you MUST, within 20 days from the date shipped, return any unopened merchandise in its original condition along with the following conditions: 2)The return must be preauthorized by contacting Chestnut Creek by email: sales at chestnutcreekgiftbaskets.com. The item must be in new condition. In other words, no stains, rips, or tears and prepackaged items from the manufacturer must be unopened. 3)The customer is responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Chestnut Creek reserves the right to deny refunds to those customers who have not met the above criteria. 4)Once
